| Introduction: |
Due to a clerical error, the Reporting Person inadvertently stated on the original Schedule 13G filed on October 7, 2011 (“Original 13G”) that the Reporting Person had sole voting and dispositive power over 225,394 shares of the Issuer, when the total number of reported shares should have been 234,394. In addition, the initial date requiring the filing of the Original 13G should have been September 12, 2011, rather than October 3, 2011 (as reported on the Original 13G). Since the Original 13G was filed, there have been changes to the beneficial ownership of the shares held by the Reporting Person which requires the filing of this calendar year end amendment. | |||||
